Description
xSyros's name is drawn from the wrapped glass pieces which diffuse the light emitted from the G9 lampholders, each suspended from an individual drop. With the picturesque collection of clear, amber and smoked glass a serene ambience is provoked by the textured surface of each glass piece which shimmers beneath the coloured tint like light on water. The eye-catching round and oval pendants combine all three glass colours with the single pendant and wall lamps each available with one of the coloured glass.

For special order items, the lead time will be longer and our sales team can liaise with you directly to advise. In the event that items are out of stock with our suppliers, and we cannot fulfil all your items at the time of purchase we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Click & Collect is available from our showroom in Cavan on request. We will always do our best to deliver our items on time and keep in touch with the customer regarding their delivery.
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, which will provide an expected delivery date. Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Always check your item before signing, particularly if the package does not appear to be in good condition. Returns
We hope you’re happy with your Cusack Lighting purchase. For any reason you are not, please let us know by contacting us via email at onlinesales@cusacklighting.ie and we will do everything we can to help solve the given issue. Below is everything you need to know in regard to our returns and exchange policy
In-Store Purchases:
If you purchased your item in-store, you have 14 working days from your purchase/date of receipt to return the item to us once it is in its original packaging, undamaged and hasn’t been fitted in order to receive an exchange or refund. If the unwanted item is returned as sold and is accompanied by the original receipt within a 14 working-day period, we can refund you in full by the original payment method, or offer you an exchange, or offer you store credit to the same value. If the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present and available when the refund is made
Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.
Online Purchases:
Finally, please note that you will be responsible for all transport/courier costs when returning an item to us.
