This website is provided by BAC Distributors Ltd for your convenience, and it presents information provided for your guidance, some from third parties. We cannot accept any liability for the accuracy of such information, and your use of it is not a substitute for your personal or professional judgement and reasonable skill and care.
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised use. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your computer. Bac Distributors Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of BAC Distributors Ltd, its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by European and international copyright and database right laws. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from BAC Distributors Ltd via www.cusacklighting.ie, we will send you an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. This is an automatically created email that simply confirms the details that we have received from you. Bac Distributors Ltd reserve the right to cancel any orders if there was a genuine and honest mistake made by any technical issues. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This is accepted by us when we send a further e-mail order acknowledgement (confirming the dispatch of the order or marked ordered with the supplier).
Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
- The product you ordered is out of stock;
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment;
- We have identified a pricing or product description error;
- There is a system or procurement failure; and failed customer validation checks
Acceptance will be complete at the time we send the acknowledgement e-mail to you. Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed in an acknowledgement e-mail do not form part of that contract. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase. We will not be liable for any reason if the Cusack Lighting website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of or the entire Cusack Lighting website.
Taxes and duties
When ordering goods from BAC Distributors Ltd for delivery outside Ireland or the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes and clearance charges, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. We have no control over these charges.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe & The UK. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the European courts.

Delivery of goods
Goods ordered from www.cusacklighting.ie are dispatched under the following terms and conditions:
- Payment is made in advance when the order is placed.
- Goods remain the property of the seller until received by the buyer and full payment confirmed.
- Claims for losses or shortages must be made within three days of the invoice date.
- Orders are accepted for execution at prices current at the date of despatch.
- No goods shall be returned without prior agreement and a returns number.
3, 5, 10 and 15 Year Anti-Corrosion Guarantees on Outdoor Fittings
Many outdoor fittings have anti-corrosion guarantees stated on each relevant product page. This guarantee relates to the corrosion of paintwork on cast aluminium or steel fittings, and excludes locations within 5 miles of the coastline. Fittings that have been damaged, repainted or cleaned with an aggressive cleaner may be excluded. Prior to agreeing to replace any fittings, we reserve the right to inspect the damaged parts and for photographic evidence to be supplied.
