Description
xOur designers have taken a classic chandelier design and replaced traditional components with more specialised modern parts to present a more contemporary collection. Floral standard metal arms have been swapped with clear glass which are each draped with high quality clear crystal buttons and tear drops. Further strands of crystal buttons are draped along the centre column for further glamour. An originally cut crystal sconce sits beneath each lampholder, with a smaller diameter but greater depth this piece is highly faceted for even more spectral arrays. The polished chrome pendants are available in five sizes ranging from a four light to a spectacular three tier light. Floral also now includes two table and floor lamps to accompany the complementing wall lamps.

Depending on stock availability delivery time varies from 10-15 working days (2 - 3 weeks). For special order items, the lead time will be longer and our sales team can liaise with you directly to advise. In the event that items are out of stock with our suppliers, and we cannot fulfil all your items at the time of purchase we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Click & Collect is available from our showroom in Cavan on request. We will always do our best to deliver our items on time and keep in touch with the customer regarding their delivery.
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, which will provide an expected delivery date. Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Always check your item before signing, particularly if the package does not appear to be in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as ‘Unchecked’. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter. You have 14 working days from receipt of goods to request a return on any items from your order. The items must be unused and in original packaging. To report any damages, please do so within 24 hours from receipt of goods. We advise our customers to check all items immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period.

Returns
We hope you’re happy with your Cusack Lighting purchase. For any reason you are not, please let us know by contacting us via email at onlinesales@cusacklighting.ie and we will do everything we can to help solve the given issue. Below is everything you need to know in regard to our returns and exchange policy
In-Store Purchases:
If you purchased your item in-store, you have 14 working days from your purchase/date of receipt to return the item to us once it is in its original packaging, undamaged and hasn’t been fitted in order to receive an exchange or refund. If the unwanted item is returned as sold and is accompanied by the original receipt within a 14 working-day period, we can refund you in full by the original payment method, or offer you an exchange, or offer you store credit to the same value. If the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present and available when the refund is made
Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.
Online Purchases:
Finally, please note that you will be responsible for all transport/courier costs when returning an item to us.
