The CURTIS wall light is an eye-catcher across the board. Its attractive design and adjustable flexible arm make this luminaire a real piece of jewellery. The arm can be adjusted as required and the desired area extensively illuminated. The integrated dimmer allows the light to be adapted to individual requirements or lighting conditions while remaining a tasteful decorative element. The matt nickel colour gives the CURTIS luminaire an elegant touch. It can be integrated into both modern and classic furnishing styles. In addition, the luminaire features modern LED technology, which is characterised by high light quality and energy efficiency. Compared to conventional halogen lamps, up to 80% of energy costs can be saved. In addition, LED light sources have a long service life, produce less heat and protect the environment.

Shipping and Delivery

1. General

Depending on stock availability delivery time varies from 7-10 working days to 2-3 weeks. For special order items, the lead time will be longer and our sales team can liaise with you directly to advise. In the event that items are out of stock with our suppliers, and we cannot fulfil all your items at the time of purchase we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Click & Collect is available from our showroom in Cavan on request. We will always do our best to deliver our items on time and keep in touch with the customer regarding their delivery.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, which will provide an expected delivery date. Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Always check your item before signing, particularly if the package does not appear to be in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as ‘Unchecked’. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter. You have 14 working days from receipt of goods to request a return on any items from your order. The items must be unused and in original packaging. To report any damages, please do so within 24 hours from receipt of goods. We advise our customers to check all items immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period.

Shipping is Free within Ireland on orders over €100
UK shipping costs: €18
If your location is outside of Ireland and the UK, please contact us to place an order for you. Delivery rates for Worldwide shipping may vary due to weight and location. Free Click & Collect from our showroom in Cavan.

Returns

We hope you’re happy with your Cusack Lighting purchase. For any reason you are not, please let us know by contacting us via email at onlinesales@cusacklighting.ie and we will do everything we can to help solve the given issue. Below is everything you need to know in regard to our returns and exchange policy

In-Store Purchases:
If you purchased your item in-store, you have 14 working days from your purchase/date of receipt to return the item to us once it is in its original packaging, undamaged and hasn’t been fitted in order to receive an exchange or refund. If the unwanted item is returned as sold and is accompanied by the original receipt within a 14 working-day period, we can refund you in full by the original payment method, or offer you an exchange, or offer you store credit to the same value. If the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present and available when the refund is made

Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt.

Online Purchases:

Finally, please note that you will be responsible for all transport/courier costs when returning an item to us.
