What’s the store opening hours? We are open from 10am – 6pm on Mondays, 9am – 6pm Tuesday to Saturday. Closed on Sundays.

How can I place an order? You can order online or instore. You can also phone the store to place your order and pay by card there and then. We will email you your receipt.
Can I pre-order an item that is out of stock? Yes, you have the option to choose Pre-Order on the website, add to cart and pay online. Or you can phone us to reserve an item and pay over the phone.
Do you accept deposits? Yes we accept deposits and you can pay your balance in installments before delivery.
What payment options are available? We accept all major Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, Cusack Lighting & Interiors gift vouchers and One4All Gift Cards. You can also choose to pay with Klarna, 3 payments - interest free.
What delivery options are available to me? We offer free delivery over €100* within Ireland & Northern Ireland Standard Shipping costs €8.95 on orders under €100 within Ireland & Northern Ireland UK shipping with DPD costs €18 *Orders weighing >29kg or measuring more than 1.5 metres wide will incur a delivery charge of €30 If your location is outside of Ireland and the UK, please contact us to place an order for you. Delivery rates for worldwide shipping may vary due to weight and location. Click & Collect is available from our showroom in Cavan on request. You will be contacted when orders are ready for collection, this may take 2-3 weeks. We will always do our best to deliver our items on time and keep in touch with the customer regarding their delivery.
How long will my order take? Orders can up to 10-15 working days. We will keep you updated on your order and you will receive updates at every stage of the process.
What happens when my delivery is dispatched? You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched, which will provide an expected delivery date. You will also receive a Tracking Number to track your delivery with our courier service DPD.
When can I expect my delivery? Depending on stock availability delivery time varies from 7-10 working days to 2-3 weeks. For special order items, the lead time will be longer and our sales team can liaise with you directly to advise. In the event that items are out of stock with our suppliers, and we cannot fulfil all your items at the time of purchase we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund.
What happens when my order arrives? Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Always check your item before signing, particularly if the package does not appear to be in good condition. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery, then please sign for the parcel as ‘Unchecked’. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims you make thereafter.
What if I’m not happy with my order? We hope you’re happy with your Cusack Lighting purchase. For any reason you are not, please let us know by phoning the store or contacting us via email at onlinesales@cusacklighting.ie and we will do everything we can to help solve the given issue.
What if I change my mind or don’t like the item I purchased? You have 14 working days from your purchase/date of receipt to return the item to us once it is in its original packaging, undamaged and hasn’t been fitted, in order to receive an exchange or refund. If the unwanted item is returned as sold and is accompanied by the original receipt within a 14 working day period, we can refund you in full by the original payment method, or offer you an exchange, or offer you store credit to the same value. If the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be physically present and available when the refund is made. Refunds will be refused for items returned without an original receipt. Finally, please note that you will be responsible for all transport/courier costs when returning an item to us. You can also return your online purchase to us in person in-store. We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy if the goods are not in a re-saleable, as-sold condition in their original packaging with all documentation, and the item and its packaging are undamaged and unused. Please ensure your order number is visible on the label/packaging.
How can I apply a discount code online? You can add your discount code at the checkout. Go to your basket and before you click check out, go to the box next to ‘promotional code’ at the bottom of the screen. Enter the code into this box and click ‘apply’. This will deduct the promotional amount. If for some reason the discount doesn’t work, please check the terms & conditions as our codes may be valid on purchases over €100 or not valid on promotional items.
